The Mill Works is an indoor sports and fitness complex in Westford that runs its own half-day Millworks Basketball Summer Camp for ages 8–14, grouping campers by age and ability. Each camp is a four-day Monday–Thursday session repeated through the summer — late June, mid-July and twice in August — covering skills and drills plus scrimmages with the facility's basketball coaches. Enrollment is open to the public through the facility's online registration portal.

Powered by GoogleThe place doesnt have enough parking for the size of some events. If your team has a PM wave good luck finding a spot. There is literally 4 stall bathroom that the line is so long all the time. The concession stand is also terrible without lousy pizza. Make sure you bring your own food and drinks. I dread when the team has to play there.
Visited Mill Works for volleyball tournaments and have found it a sup-par venue because there are no water filling stations, the concession water is overpriced, only a single women’s restroom with 4 stalls, parking is very limited, no food options esp if you’re spending the whole day there. Overall - not a great venue for tournaments with a lot of athletes and spectators.
Huge facility. Here Feb 2026 for a volleyball tournament. Arrived early (7:30) both Sat and Sun for an 8:00 start time. There were parking attendants, which was absolutely necessary. I have two gripes. First, there is no access to a water fountain in the entire building. There are two options. First is concessions (if they’re open), and it’s $3 for a standard plastic water bottle. I believe it’s Aquafina. Second is vending machines. There are a few places around the building; however, the machines are older and only accept change and $1 bills. Nothing bigger and no card. They do have Change Machines next to a couple vending machines, but they’re all broken, so instead of being able to use my card or break a $5 and use change, paying $2 for a bottle of water, I had to use concessions and pay $3 for the same bottle. Also, it seems the vending machines aren’t restocked during large events since it seems all the water selections were down to one bottle in each row. This even hosts hundreds and hundreds of kids and adults all weekend. It would be nice to have water fountains installed for the price we pay to rent this facility, or upgraded machines that accept card or tap options. They don’t restrict what you bring in food-wise, so you can bring your own water to restock-I just wish I knew before I got here. Concessions is kind of basic, but it works since you can bring your own food or have food delivered (Uber Eats or Dash). Chips, candy, Gatorade, water, some canned soda options. Sometimes they have pizza by the slice (that was delivered from a service, not made here). I know they have coffee, not sure about hot chocolate or tea. First Aid ice comes from here also, but the baggie I got was the fold over sandwich baggie so it was almost impossible to tie shut. Note: while I was here, someone brought in their own coffee machine, and it was confiscated. You can’t do that. You can’t plug anything in, so bring a backup charger if you think you’ll need one. Merch tables for our event and the Medical table are in the back of the main volleyball space (the first large room when entering through the main doors). At least nine courts with net dividers between courts. Can switch to basketball, too. I did see two full-sized indoor soccer fields on the other side and ping pong and pickle ball. Yoga, cardio, and weight rooms are options, among many other things, I’m sure. Bathrooms are accommodating, but with hundreds of girls here for hours at a time, three working toilets in the main space seems low. There are other bathrooms, but they’re around the other side of the building and up the stairs. Not convenient for a quick trip when you’re needed at the court. All in all, not bad, and a great idea for continuing sports in a cold environment. I just wish it was a little more updated. There is WiFi and a few ATM machines.
Unfortunately, this venue was not prepared to host a large volleyball tournament. Parking was extremely limited, and several vehicles were towed by a company that only accepts cash payments, which felt predatory. The venue lacked adequate restroom facilities for the crowd, and the restrooms and common areas were unclean. Considering we paid $32 for entry, the overall experience did not meet basic expectations. I would not recommend this facility.
I’ve been going to The Mill Works for years. The staff is great. I’ve taken many yoga classes with Kristy who is wonderful. I’ve recently started Strength & Conditioning classes with Tyler and Ron who are both excellent! The equipment is top notch.
