However, I had to cancel our membership after enrolling her in a full-day gymnastics program elsewhere. Unfortunately, I later learned that once an account is canceled, any unused make-up classes can no longer be used. Requiring families to re-enroll just to access classes they’ve already paid for feels unreasonable. As a result, we lost about $150 in unused credits, which was disappointing. I hope the policy can be reconsidered to be more customer-friendly.
