Pretty decent place. My wife signed our 4 yo up. My only complaint is why in the world do I have to pay to park? This alone makes me not want to do business. Imagine having to pay for parking for everything you do. Food shopping, malls, schools, work etc etc. this madness of always having to pay is getting out of control.

The Little Gym is fantastic! Coaches are friendly, approachable, affirming. My son loves going there. We’ve done classes, camps, and Parent’s Night Out. It’s safe. They take a whole child approach. My son adores Coach Jackson and Coach Perry. Highly recommend.

BEWARE - "Credits"/Membership is a Scam! If you ever have to miss a class for ANY reason, or they are not holding the class that week for ANY reason, you get what they refer to as a "credit". - child is sick - water at the facility is out - the class you take falls on the Sunday BEFORE Christmas, which is on a Thursday this year, or any calendar related skipping of the class you are scheduled for. I can understand if the customer cancels (child is sick, out of town) that a "Credit" would be issued, but not a power/water issue, or simply the way the calendar falls. You are billed by the Month so over time the "credits" really build up. HERE'S THE SCAM PART: -"Credits" expire after 6 months. -"Credits" cannot be used for the class you already are signed up for, or to pay for future membership fees. -If you cancel your membership, "Credits" expire in 10 days. We are a working family who signed up for one class a week, on a Sunday as that is the only day that works for us. We currently have 8 "Credits" and have been told that "well, you can sign up for other classes during the week, when there is room." We have the paid value of 2 entire months of classes sitting on our account that we simply will never be able to use, and we've only been members for about six months! If you ask them about it, they refer you to the policy buried on the website and say that they have no control. Every Little Gym is a franchise, which means that the owner can make their own rules for this sort of thing. What they are doing, is never allowing you to cancel the membership without losing class value that you have already paid for. The Little Gym franchise will NEVER LOSE A DIME as you have pre-paid, but they ensure you can never use the "Credit" value unless you take off work during the week, for multiple weeks (Provided they have room for you) which is of course, a non-starter for working families. Right now, in order to get our prepaid value, we would have to find an available class during the week, take time off of work, take our child out of daycare - for 8 Weeks in a row, while not accruing any further credits. Had we known this, we never would have started.

My four years+ grandaughter has recently joined this gym for the little ones. The setup is nice, and they seem to have all the necessary facilities. The instructor looks professional and is very amicable and friendly with the children. He is assisted by two assistants who assist the children in smaller groups. There is a nice seating arrangement with free wifi, and one can enjoy watching their child through a soundproof glass partition.
