My daughter takes gymnastics and dance with Ms. Lucero. Ms. Lu is amazing!

I LOVE my YMCA! The staff is beyond welcoming and professional! They make you feel like family from day one. The place is spotless, and the classes are absolutely amazing!❤️ Terry, JoAnn, and the other instructors somehow make sweating and moving feel like a party (yes, a PARTY!😂). And don’t even get me started on the dance classes💃🏻 — pure joy! They keep us motivated, energized, and smiling the entire time. Joining was the best decision ever! 💪✨☺️

am writing to formally express my sincere appreciation and to provide a positive review of my family’s experience at The Y. From the moment we joined, the level of care, professionalism, and genuine compassion shown by the staff has been exceptional. I would first like to acknowledge Mrs. Brown, who truly represents the welcoming spirit of The Y. She consistently greets families with warmth, respect, and kindness. Her friendly demeanor, sense of humor, and attentiveness create a positive first impression every day. I especially appreciate the thoughtful way she engages with the children as they leave, often offering small snacks or gifts and involving parents in helping their children choose. These small gestures make a meaningful difference. I am extremely pleased with the teaching staff who care for the children at The Y. As a parent who has experienced three childcare centers prior to enrolling here, I can confidently say that the quality of care at The Y stands out. Ms. Ofelia, in particular, has demonstrated extraordinary patience and dedication. She has taken the time to provide one-on-one encouragement during breakfast and lunch, which has been incredibly supportive for my child’s picky eating habits. Because of her efforts, my child has been more willing to try foods outside of his usual preferences. I am also very impressed with how the staff manages potty training and daily routines. Although my son was potty trained prior to joining The Y, I initially had concerns about consistency. Those concerns were quickly alleviated, as the transition was seamless and handled with great care. I value how the children are encouraged to play outdoors when possible, and how indoor studio activities are used during colder or rainy days. The arts and crafts projects and hands-on activities the children bring home reflect creativity, engagement, and thoughtful planning. I would also like to recognize Director Diana for her outstanding leadership and unwavering support of both parents and staff. Throughout my time at the YMCA, I have observed her dedication firsthand. She consistently goes above and beyond—whether by creating a resource area near the front entrance with free information and activities for parents, or by stepping into classrooms during staffing shortages to ensure a smooth and supportive environment. Her leadership was especially evident during the Halloween parade and after-school activities, which were well organized and enjoyable for families. Diana maintains an open-door policy and fosters a welcoming atmosphere for parents, staff, and children alike. My family and I truly appreciate her hard work and commitment. Although Shenna has been with The Y for a shorter period of time, she has already demonstrated a warm, professional, and approachable presence. She has transitioned into her role smoothly and consistently supports parents and staff by answering questions and addressing concerns while ensuring the center runs efficiently. Lastly, I would like to acknowledge Jessica, the Director of The Y, whose leadership has a profound impact on the center’s overall success. Her guidance has ensured smooth operations and supported leadership transitions effectively. I deeply appreciate the personal care she shows by knowing the names of parents, children, and staff, and by proactively sharing updates about my child’s progress. Her active involvement and dedication are evident throughout the center. This has been the best childcare experience both my son and I have had. I am truly grateful for the care, structure, and community The Y provides, and I look forward to welcoming my newborn child into this wonderful environment. Thank you for all that you do.

if i can put zero stars i would!!! they are the worse in child care. few years ago in the green room they locked a child in the closet. This year in the yellow room they mistreated my child which end up in the hospital and the hospital themselves calling child abuse in child care. Then a month after in the green room they lost a child its incredible they still let this child care run.. I WOULD STAY AWAY FROM HERE IF YOU NEED CHILD CARE!!!!

I joined because it's close and they have a nice pool which it is a nice pool. However they "feature" a whirlpool bath which is not operational for...,years at this point. And they also have a Sauna which was another reason I joined here. Was looking forward to them. Being repaired but I've been told they aren't going to be fixing those items. Also, the pool hours for lap swim are not all that great. The place is clean and staff friendly but they need to fix the items that are broken and stop hiding behind Covid era behavior
