Powered by GoogleThe staff will lie to you to get you and your family to join. There is a female staff member that harasses patrons exercising on the second floor. She's very rude, and misgendered my child. Her supervisor is no better. Her only response is that she's sorry, but offers no help or pathways forward to a solution. You're better off joining the YMCA.
Fix the link. I have been trying to get a membership for days and can’t because the link is broken and causes the website to crash after 3 seconds
The staff is very friendly and the facility it'self is nice. They have a great little kids club. My experience and opinion- Sometimes it seems like a lot of kids go and just sit on the equipment talking to their friends or playing on their phones making others wait but I guess that could be said for a lot of places; so I won't base my "stars" off of other people being inconsiderate. I just wish it was a little more monitored I guess. But kids will be kids. I do wish they would say something to people walking in smelling like weed. Not judging anyone who does it but it's just not a place where I would want to take my kids and my kids were the main reason I got the membership. It makes me not want to take them. But again, I know we can't control people- just wish there was a little more respect for the facility and even the employees.
Rented the outside splashpad for a party. The staff made sure I understood the rules and requirements before I rented. I received a call the day before to confirm time and number of people. When I arrived there was no one on the splashpad and it was ready for my party. The kids loved it and the parents loved that they could just stand or sit around and watch. It is perfected located in the back of the building and the building blocks the sun. It was a PERFECT party!
This is the nicest rec center. Clean, with a full gym, boxing punching bag, cycling, indoor running track, out door water park, soccer fields and more.
