Powered by GoogleI really wanted to give Teamworks another chance, but after our experience this past Sunday for my daughter’s 7th birthday, it’s clear that their systemic issues haven't been resolved. We had 17 hungry children and were only served 16 slices of pizza. The reason? The kitchen "forgot to thaw enough dough." We weren't told until the food was already on the table, which meant one child had no meal at all. To make matters worse, the chef reportedly tried to "86" our order because they simply didn't want to make it. When the food did arrive, it was covered in a seasoning that the kids found unpalatable. The most unprofessional part was the total lack of leadership. Two young staff members were left to handle this crisis entirely alone. Because one had to keep running to the kitchen to fix the food errors, our party was left under-supervised. No manager ever stepped in to apologize, explain the situation, or offer a solution. This isn't our first bad experience here. Four years ago, a bouncy house was deflated while my then 3-year-old was still inside, requiring her to be rescued. We hoped things would have improved by now, but the lack of adult oversight and logistical failures suggest otherwise. Bottom Line: If you're looking for a stress-free celebration where the management actually cares about your experience (or feeding your guests), I would look elsewhere.
My son loves to play here. People at the desk really nice and helpful.
We have been going to Teamworks Northborough for a few years now. Fun and well maintained environment for the kids to learn soccer. Coaches have been motivational and supportive to our daughter. She really enjoys the sport more than ever. If you’re looking for a place to give some structure and motivation for one of your kids to play soccer, this is the place. Kudos to the staff. We appreciate you!
Staff is okay and lazy, too.. I went there for birthday parties, and staff members were not playing actively with the kids.. I'm not happy and not recommended..
Good place. The facilities are clean and in good condition, there are 3 big fields for soccer or lacrosse and few more for playing volleyball or basketball. You can join one of their leagues, or you can rent a place by the hour, so you can organize pick-up games easily.
