He absolutely thrives in the water because of the strong foundation she gave him. My 2-year-old just completed her swim-float-swim, and I am so impressed by how far she’s come under Christy’s guidance. What I love most is that these aren’t just swim lessons- Christy is teaching life-saving skills. The care, patience, and dedication she brings to each session truly sets her apart. She not only teaches kids how to swim, but also how to float if they fall in and be safe in the water. I’m so grateful for the peace of mind she has given our family!

We did the YMCA intro to water classes which were fun, but this course 100% gave her (and us) much more confidence around the water. In all honesty, this class can be hard to watch as a parent when your child doesn’t want to perform the skills being asked of them, but Christy was patient and highly skilled/ experienced, always getting the best out of our little swimmer. I’d absolutely recommend Christy to anyone. Thank you so much!!

You can see her passion for teaching young children to be safe in the water & in turn LOVE the water with all of the children she teaches. She communicates & teaches us as parents as well how to give them what they need to continue to learn as they develop. I wouldn't every recommend anyone else to teach someone's child to swim. We can't wait to see her again for our son's refresher this year.

My older two boys are safe and use the skills Christy has taught them every time they are in the water. It is literally THE BEST feeling to be able to relax when you are around water with your kids because you are confident they know what to do if they get in trouble. Our littlest one will finish with Christy this spring and I can't wait for her to be safe like her brothers! Christy is the best!
