★★★Jolene SopalskiIt’s convent to the Riverside Heights/Seminole Heights/ Wellswood area. The pool times are lacking and a bit frustrating. If you have a kid who plays sports on Saturday mornings there very little time for swimming as the pool closes at 1pm. If you prefer water aerobics classes,Pilates or yoga there is very little availability. The classes that are offered are during the work day. No 5:45 or 6am classes. The other ymca are anywhere from 20-45 min drives depending on traffic. I was there was more availability for the pool and exercise classes.

Somehow, he was able to take a bunch of 5-6-year-olds and teach them basketball. My son always had fun and made great friends! Basketball at the Y is a great experience!!
★★★★Juanita MebaneI’ve been bringing my little one to the YMCA Preschool/VPK program since it launched in October 2024. When we started, my daughter had just turned two and was one of only five kids in the program. Within four to five months, she was able to fully recite and visually recognize all the letters of the alphabet, numbers 1 through 10, colors, and shapes. She’s also developed wonderful connectivity and social skills. I truly can’t say enough about how impactful this program has been for my daughter. It’s been amazing to watch her growth and to see how much the program itself has expanded since its start! The entire YMCA team has created such a nurturing and enriching environment for my daughter. Their dedication and care make a world of difference!

I wish they had pre moistened gym wipes for the equipment and not paper towels and spray bottles which are less efficient and less diligently used. Otherwise it’s a great place. Much better equipment than the downtown location.

We took advantage of the Nationwide membership and check in here was the easiest out of all the branches I’ve ever visited while using this member benefit. My colleague used the outdoor pool and I utilized various cardio and resistance pin machines. If possible, I always finish my work out with basketball and I was impressed with the court here. I love the curtain. Facility is clean Staff is very friendly and attentive to members. In particular, I had a great interaction with Abayomi who assisted me with making a donation to their Annual Campaign. Go Team!
