There needs to be some accommodations made for children with communication disorders taking the swim test for slide access. My daughter and her 12 year old son with autism were told he could not go on the slide unless he passed a test. She took him to the lap pool to try and help him understand the expectations of the test as he is non-verbal and was already very upset about being denied entry to the slide. They no sooner got in and were then asked to get out of the lap pool so another child could use the lane she was in to be tested! Where is the compassion?? Surely a different lane could have been used for the test. Transition is difficult for children with communication disorders. My grandson was so upset by this they had to leave. We were very disappointed with the experience at the Plant City YMCA.

Warm, caring supportive staff, from the time you walk in through to the time that you leave. Programming for all ages, including seniors. I enjoy playing pickleball everyday in the gym. I’ve met a lot of people who’ve come to the sport later in life. At age 64, I love it.

One of the best gyms I've ever been in. The equipment is always clean and organized for use. Super friendly staff and welcoming kids center.

I been going here ever sense 2019 , but then stopped going for a whole year due to covid , but I give it 5 stars . 1st of all , there's free WiFi so you can listen to your music while working out . 2nd , Clean locker/bathrooms . Polite staff , and plenty of things to work out with . Good water fountains , overall 10/10 :)
