Rejoined in November 2025 paid senior month 46.00 went in on 12 14 and paid for next month 46.00 today 23 days later they now say I never paid have receipt and a piece of paper person gave me with my member number in it attached to money order stub basically calling me a liar I used to pay 3 months in advance but they did not know how to process dropped out years ago because they let back gates unlocked and non members walked right in non member broke into my locker and stole 470.00 they only gave me back 400.00 whose the real liar ??? Beware of Zephyrhills gym

The front desk staff are very welcoming. Excellence starts at the top and site manager Erin is very personable and approachable. I wish the recumbent ellipticals that have programs for heart rate and such, I wish all of those programs worked, but maybe they're old ellipticals. I was surprised that the front desk staff that tried to help me see which programs worked knew less about the elliptical than I did. It would be a good idea to train all staff on how the stuff works so that they can help customers like me. The weight room, the machines, barbells dumbbells are very ample and in great condition. All of the instructors seem very well read on all of their areas of expertise. They give excellent instruction to make sure one is performing moves correctly and so that one will not get hurt. They always provide modifications, be it orally or by walking around and offering suggestions. Our only disappointment with fitness instructors is that one of them sometimes struggles to even find the beat when working out with music and we all know that movement works a lot better if we do it with the Beat of the music. In my opinion, there are two different ways to use music. You can do your exercises with music in the background, which means you basically just put some music on and work out while it plays. Or , you can do your routines with the music which means that you are going in time with the Beat of the music. E.g. Marching to the beat Top percentile trainers would also find the beginning of the phrase and that means that if a song is organized in 32 beats per phrase, then the routine should not be started until the beginning of the phrase. That's the only suggestion we would have that needs improvement. The value is extremely amazing. We are a senior Canadian couple and I believe are all in price is $73 a month. We also really like that we can pay for a month, go home to Canada for a month and then come back and start paying a game without the extra initiation fee. Overall, we are very pleased clients, and maybe someone can show the fitness class instructors that struggle with finding the beach or finding the musical phrase beginning could be coached about that. Bravo!
