Powered by GoogleI love coming to Steppin’ Out Dance Academy for Zumba! From the very first class, I’ve always felt so welcomed. It’s such a positive and safe environment. The staff are some of the kindest and most caring people, and they truly make every class enjoyable. The atmosphere is fun, friendly, and great for people of all ages. I look forward to every single class I attend. I would absolutely recommend this studio to anyone looking for a supportive place to dance, move, and have fun.
Steppin’ Out Dance Academy is truly a gem in the community! The studio provides not only top-quality dance instruction but also a warm and welcoming environment where every student feels supported and encouraged. The teachers are dedicated to helping dancers grow in both skill and confidence, and the positive, family-like atmosphere sets this studio apart from others. The owner and staff genuinely care about their students’ well-being and development, which is evident in the way classes are run—with professionalism, creativity, and respect. It’s clear that this is a place where kids thrive, both as dancers and as individuals. It’s also worth noting that the studio has consistently received glowing feedback from families over the years. The only negative comments you might see come from a former staff member who is no longer with the studio. Those remarks don’t reflect the true experience of the students and families who are part of this wonderful community. If you’re looking for a dance home where your child will be challenged, supported, and inspired, Steppin’ Out Dance Academy is the place to be!
Steppin out is an inclusive and loving dance studio that allows students to thrive in a comfortable environment. As a former student who has since RETURNED to the studio, I have always felt loved and appreciated as a dancer and an individual. The staff at the studio are all professional and well educated in dance while continuing further training and education of their own to help their students grow. Students are taught not only dance but taught to be confident and how to shine on their own as well as within a team. Students are encouraged to push themselves creatively through dance and to explore their own forms of self-expression. The studio offers a wide range of classes for everyone including most styles of dance, self defense classes, Pom-Pom classes and even adult and adaptive classes for students with special needs. It also has a stellar competition team for students while also have recreational classes for those who do not wish to compete. Passion and love thrives at this studio and I strongly encourage others to look into stepping out for not only for their children, but adults as well!
Steppin out dance academy gave me a second home, and a second family. I danced there my whole life and was able to become a teacher and be apart of making a difference in kids lives. You walk into the studio and feel a weight lift off your chest. Everyone there is kind and compassionate. It’s a safe place for kids and adults. There is a class for everyone. I have also been apart of the shining stars program, and have watched it double in size throughout the years. This studio truly is the best of the best.
Steppin' Out has won Best of the Seacoast for the last 7 years in a row for a very good reason...they truly are the best! They have classes for all ages 2-102; their teachers are kind, nurturing and extremely talented. Their recital performances are very entertaining and so much fun to watch. They offer an adaptive dance program that is 100% free for the families of children with special needs. The studios are clean, spacious and well maintained. The owner and artistic director is the kindest person you will ever meet and her focus has always been the happiness and wellbeing of all the students. The fact that there are second generation dancers at the studio attests to the family vibe of the SODA. 💕
