Powered by GoogleThe staff at the Y is very friendly and well-informed when I have a question. They create a positive experience! I mainly use the facility for swimming, and they offer many times throughout the day for laps. On-brand: the lifeguards are always welcoming and encouraging. The loss of a star is based on the capability of the building, as it is outdated. It feels like much of the spaces are shoe-horned into this old building. When comparing to other local Y’s, this one doesn’t have the same amenities. Much of this won’t be changed in the current facility, although I think they could add a sauna to the men’s room. I would like that.
I'm really happy with this place. Yes, it's old and dated but it works just fine. The pool is always available when I need it, the lifeguards are attentive & friendly and the water is the perfect temperature. My only comment would be to install a swim mate wringer in the 14 & under girls locker room. I only use the one upstairs because of that. Then I have to use the stairs which is dodgy for me. Thanks!
I’m so grateful to have access to such a wonderful, affordable gym and the community that it supports! You guys are the best. The Y is not fancy, if that’s what you’re looking for, but it’s clean and the staff are very responsive to feedback. It’s a great deal for what you get- my kids use the pool and indoor playground all the time, especially in the winter. I LOVE the group classes- I only wish there were more! Keep up the good work! I’m perplexed by some of these reviews- my experience has been very positive and I love the Y
Daughter joined 2 weeks ago with her daughter. Been trying to use the pool was only able to.use it once, pools close 3 times. Wth..so you pay every month for this place. Which in my opinion needs more things. But the pool was a decision for which we joined. Only for it to be closed more times then open. Maybe I will look around for something better. They make it sound great. Sure we believe you
The best gym in Concord, especially if you're in the young adult age group for the discounted pricing. Fair size cardio room and weight room, with classes available. I wish the AC worked a bit better in the summer, but that's about it.
