They cancelled my plan without letting me know. Retaliation possibly because I put in a complaint about an older lady named Kim which now I over heard her name is Ruth.

Stopped in to sign up myself & kids for a month to see if we would benefit from a membership. What an unbelievably warm, welcoming experience! Christina helped us sign up and gave us a wonderful tour. She was so professional, efficient, knowledgeable and so very patient with our questions. She is a huge asset to the organization and we are so excited to start our membership. Additionally, Ben helped my 13 year old with a gym orientation, showing him each piece of equipment and how to safely use it. Super nice, very helpful. I can’t say enough about the friendliness and comfortable atmosphere from the team here. Seems to have so many benefits that we will take advantage of. My kids started a basketball game and now we’ve already been here for almost 2 hours. Looking forward to spending more time here.

Clean facility. Friendly, helpful staff. Solid swim program for kids. Need better basketballs in the courts though!

I've been a member for the last three months - 4-5 workouts per week. I really like the weight room - well organized and has what I need. The pool is fine - I really wish there was a second pace clock at the far end of the pool. The locker rooms are good - a bit tired but clean. What makes this place is the staff. Friendly and helpful. The team in the weight room is especially good. They will correct my form when correction is needed (which is often!). Highly recommended.

This location is well staffed, with lots of history and a quality exercise space. Multiple gyms that are cared for, an impressive pool with a robust and knowledgeable swim instruction program. Parking is a bit of a pain, though they are known to validate parking in the garage across the street. Loved this place as a kid and it's still good. Great camps and programs. Highly recommended.
