Sharon's Studio of Dance & Music, open since 1975 at 622 State Route 10 in Whippany, runs themed summer dance camps for ages 3-6 and 7-10 that combine ballet, tap, jazz, hip hop and acrobatics with singing, acting, props, crafts and dress-up. Camps are half-day, running Monday through Thursday from 9:30 AM to noon, so they will not cover a full workday. Themes include Princess Party, Frozen, Unicorns and Pop Stars, and the studio draws students from Whippany, East Hanover, Morristown, Morris Plains and Parsippany.
