No dirt leafs in pool and its water quality is top-notch. I never feel irritation in my eyes after swim. Gorgeous view with a fun slide and even a reservable cinema. Drinks from the cafe is super cheap and ultra-delicious! Houses in this area are super safe and gorgeous compared to most coastal cities in the west and east.
