Red Dragon Canoe Club occupies six acres of Delaware River waterfront at the historic Shipman Mansion, 221 Edgewater Avenue, and offers paddling, sailing and social boating for its members. The club has a sailing teaching history — its nonprofit Delaware River Sailing School trained instructors who first learned to sail there — and its rules require an adult on shore or in another boat whenever a sailor under 15 is out alone. No current youth summer camp program, with dates, ages or hours, is published on the club's site.
