This is a member's only club. So I was invited for a baby shower and the staff there were absolutely wonderful and kind. I would like to go back and visit again but I have to wait for a invitation lol

You can't beat the location! Great people that love the water! You don't need to own a boat to be a member!

The yacht club is charming. The people there are friendly and accessible. I'll be trying the fish fry tonight 😄 further update to follow!

For anyone who is interested in boating or time with the water in general, the Racine Yacht Club can be a true second home on the lake. I joined when I was 26 because I love sailing. The members are down to earth and welcoming to anyone who is interested in being on the water or becoming part of the RYC family. Adult sailing classes are open to the public and extremely reasonably priced. The location is unbeatable and the prices of different membership levels are very reasonable, even for a school teacher without a boat who just loves to be on the water.
