Polite Piggy's Day Camp

My child attends Polite Piggy because of the proximity to my home. Their varied programs/lessons for summer camp are very good ranging from science activities, cooking and yoga. However, it’s be great if the first person (check in person) you see when you arrive to drop off your child is pleasant rather than off putting. If you ask questions to the staff member who checks in students in the morning when parents don’t use the code on the iPad, she looks annoyed. Maybe she only gives a look of annoyance to certain parents. Also the various people who pick up the phone when you call their business has awful phone manners. I’ve never dealt with a company that has staff who are rude to parents. Finally it seems that some of the classroom teachers/assistants for the students are not attentive, which gives me some pause . I hope some customer service training and childcare training can be provided to some of the staff.

Polite Piggies camp has the best aides that assist with my child and the needs I've requested during his attendance. The activities offered are helpful for spare time. Keep up the good work!
