Point Sailing School runs sailing camps for children and teens aged 8-18 on Great Egg Harbor Bay at Beesley's Point, on the Upper Township side of the water near Somers Point and Ocean City. Camps focus on learning to sail while having fun, and are taught on a 13-foot Hobie Wave catamaran by owner Tyler Myers, a Level 3 US Sailing certified instructor qualified to coach racing. All students wear safety gear, the instructor is CPR and First Aid certified, and campers take a swim test at the start of a camp week. Group and private lessons are also offered for all ages.
