Overnight camp for girls ages 8–16 operated by the YMCA of Greater Boston on Lake Winnipesaukee in Tuftonboro. Two-week sessions run mid-June to mid-August, with a one-week family camp in late August. Activities include kayaking, swimming, sailing, windsurfing, waterskiing, soccer, tennis, archery, horseback riding, and wood and leather working.

Thoughts.... the photos... all kids, counselors are college kids and the cit's are high school kids. basically no adult supervision. My daughter told me (as i enthusiastically asked her questions, she is 13) that the councilors would leave for the night and another cabin's councilor would be in charge. they would walk to the bathroom alone, she got asked to dance by 7 boys at the dance (i have the photos) by older boys and cit's who were from their brother camp. and that they were on their own and did the same thing virtually every day. "it was so much fun" yes because it isn't supervised, per my daughter. And, the "counselors would leave at night and come back the next day". So basically i left my kid in a cabin where there was no one with her in the camp at night on many nights. hmmm. and the only real adults that i met on the trips to and from where the nurses dealing with covid and the nurses checking them in with the tests for covid. you do the math. we were unimpressed.
