I love this facility and it is one of the best in NC. Maria is wonderful and very friendly.. but this.. I have been waiting if they need some time to replace it.. It could be full of bacteria or insects.. please please please.. love your job and love your facility.. respect this place as if its your home.

We attended a summer camp here and they made us sign up through ACTIVE.com website operated from China, which automatically enrolled us in a $100 annual membership deceptively. I only discovered the recurring charges after two years.

July 14, 2025. Update to my previous post (4 days ago), which I have kept below. Maria, the manager, was outstanding. She handled the matter promptly and professionally, taking the time to listen carefully to my concerns. She addressed the customer service issues I experienced with Nicholas thoroughly and effectively. Thanks to Maria’s outstanding support, I am revising my rating from 1 star to 5 stars. Coach Feedback: The lead (male) coach leading the Maroon level class on Saturday (July 12th) from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM demonstrated a high level of skill and dedication. The session included well-designed drills, valuable instruction, and excellent pacing that kept the participants fully engaged throughout. *************************** July 10, 2025. Original review: Young kid at front desk, Nicholas, is absolutely useless. Enters wrong info on system, takes personal calls, gives you a hard time when you’re trying to cancel a class. Won’t pass you on to an immediate manager without having to wait hours for a manager to call me back. Other staff seemed okay, some much better than others. Just because of Nicholas, leave 1 star, for my impression of the Club. I’d leave zero stars if it was possible. We shall see if my rating changes after Manager calls me.

Very nice facility for Badminton. But it was very crowded. Tournaments here are organized and conducted well. Kids getting trained here have got exceptional skills to compete in A level tournaments. I hope they open many facilities and spread this awesome game around the country.

While their facility is great. I feel their membership is way overpriced. They charge a steep initiation fee and membership fee. The membership fees are separate for badminton and table tennis. Sadly you don't get to enjoy both the sports. Parking is very difficult. Members are restricted to the timings when they can play. If there are tournaments going on then members can't play on those days. Also there isn't an easy way to book the courts in advance. To top it all members can only play 20 minutes. If one wants to play another 20 minutes one has to wait. The community centers are way more affordable. What is worse, the owners don't address any feedback and that is why I am not taking membership here.
