So many great classes with terrific teachers. Body Combat, Body Pump, Core Fusion, Bolly X, Pilates, Yoga are all favorites, and the Aqua Fit classes are great too. Love the sauna. Clean, modern facility, friendly staff.

I really enjoy this gym and come here often, but there’s one issue that has become impossible to ignore: the showers in the women’s locker room. The shower water is constantly running because the knobs are extremely old and almost impossible to turn off. The screws are so tight that it actually hurts my wrist trying to shut the water off, and even then it often doesn’t work. I’ve attached two videos showing exactly what’s happening. What’s frustrating is that many people have already reported and complained about this, yet nothing has been fixed. Every day water is just running and running. It’s a huge waste of water and completely unnecessary. This is such a simple problem to solve. The management should replace the old shower knobs with newer ones that people can actually turn. In the meantime, at least put up a sign reminding people to make sure the water is fully turned off. Please take this seriously. It’s not just about maintenance — it’s about being responsible with water, the environment, and the money the gym spends on utilities. I really like this gym and want it to be better, but this is something that needs to be fixed.

Staff overall very friendly and nice, particularly the front desk people. However the equipment is not well maintained and the place is filthy! When I raised this issue I was told they’d put a request in. Think about that: a request has to be submitted to clean the machines and work out area???

The facility smells....urine..... filthy....and for the men locker room to the pool you have to walk down the stairs. The most concerning thing is at the end of the stairs towards to door to the pool, the floor is always slippery. No mat for anti slippage on the floor. Big safety issue. Always have kids, and some other session going on. For people who are using this pool for laps, don't bother. You'll end up sharing lanes with 3-4 people......... Overall, I stopped going here because of the smell. It stinks. And how it's crowded....

This location is terrible about financial stuff and membership fees/cancellations. For context, I am a college student who lives at home with her mother and sisters to save money. One is a minor, and the other is also college aged. When I first looked into getting a membership here, I since I knew I qualify for SNAP benefits, I knew I would also qualify for their income assistance. When I went and asked them about the said income assistance program, they said I would need Pay stubs from everyone who lives in my home and works. Including my sisters. Even though they are both in school and I have no access to their income, and yes, this included my 15 year old sister who only had an after school job?? Even the housing authority doesn’t require paystubs from minors. Anyway, I eventually decided to bite the bullet and just pay full price for a membership at this location, which was fine, but money got too tight and I needed to cancel after just a few months. They threw a fit and tried to charge me for the Next Months membership because they required, “15 days prior to your next billing date” for a cancellation (direct quote from the email I got), which was not something stated anywhere on their website. (As of writing this, they have updated that on their website though) And here we are a few months later. Remember that 15 year old sister I mentioned? Well, after seeing me use my membership she decided she wanted to be able to go to the YMCA too. So my mother signed her up for a teen membership. She asked if I could be put down as an emergency contact for my younger sister since I was down there quite a bit. Of course I said yes. I was only put down as an emergency contact. There was no way my credit card information was in Any Way What So Ever, connected to my sister’s teen account. My mother never gave them my card information. (I confirmed this with her) They were given my mother’s account/card to charge for my sister’s membership. Well, when they were no longer able to charge my mom’s card they went and charged ME. Which means they had to have gone in, and pulled my card info from my cancelled membership/deactivated account with them. So yeah, TL;DR this location is terrible about membership fees/cancellations.
