The North Natomas Aquatics Complex is a City of Sacramento regional aquatic center (a 50-meter competition pool, recreation pool, dual water slides, and a small-child activity pool) within North Natomas Regional Park. It offers youth swim lessons and aqua-fitness classes and hosts the DART youth swim team, whose summer season runs June-July. It is an aquatics facility rather than a general summer day camp.

Hard to fathom, but people at the pool drop their trash through the fence by the kiddie pool. Can you put a trash can by the fence to persuade them to put it in the can instead of on the ground. Admission prices are low, and the staff is friendly. The complex is very well maintained, and plenty of lifeguards on duty.
★★★★★Tiffanee DanielsSo my family and I have visited quite a few aquatic centers around Sacramento including Elk Grove and must say… this location is our favorite (close 2nd is Folsom). Yes, it is crowded on extremely hot days and weekends. If you want to avoid the crowds, go on a day when it’s not scorching hot (i.e. high 80’s/low 90s) the staff informed us that it’s usually not busy. Other than the crowds, the staff is amazing, always super friendly and professional, and helpful. I would recommend paying in cash - on more than 1 occasion the card reader was not working which aggravated a few folks who were unprepared. Thankfully I was, they fixed it within a few minutes. Just a word to the wise. The price for entry is affordable. There’s plenty of life vests for all ages/sizes. The facilities are clean and easy to use. Loungers and chairs are limited, so would recommend bring your own outdoor chair. I highly recommend this location for families. Enjoy!
★★★★★Emilia EricksonA beautiful new facility. There’s a lot of pools and features. The locker rooms are spacious and clean. The shower was nice and hot after a windy, cold pool day. The pool itself wasn’t cold at all, but the wind was making it cold when we had to get in and out for our class. Typical March, spring weather! Lifeguards were very attentive and helpful. The classroom was great for our class.
