This is the swim instruction you never had as a kid. The instructors are experienced, professional, and patient. We always see Rory. I can't recommend her enough. Rory has the patience of a saint. The classes are 30 minutes. The vibe is relaxed.

We have had such a great experience with Sunshine Swim and Fitness Center! The instructors are patient, encouraging, and truly care about the kids and their progress in the water. My kids absolutely loved their swim lessons, and it made learning fun and exciting for them. One of the biggest blessings was seeing how much my daughter grew after joining the swim team. Not only did her swimming skills improve tremendously, but her confidence, discipline, and love for the sport really took off. I highly recommend Sunshine to any family looking for quality swim instruction, a positive environment, and amazing coaches who genuinely invest in the kids. Definitely take advantage of all the wonderful services they offer!

I wouldn’t even give them one star. This is an irresponsible training institution. They canceled the class on a rainy day and asked us to reschedule. However, we already have a class next week, and our child will be out of town next month and won’t be able to reschedule for several months. They refused to accommodate us or issue a refund and forcibly canceled the class. We will not be coming back to a place like this.

I took my very sensitive 6 year old daughter with a very prounced fear of pool drains (I know, strange, but it's a real phobia we've been struggling with) because (1) I would like her to learn to swim properly and (2) though I knew she would struggle, I feel it is important to push kids out of their comfort zone. I figure we would try for a month, and if she hates it, we stop. Her teacher, Xavier, has been amazing. He is patient. He know how to be persistent, but not forcing. He read her really well and knew when he could push a little further, and when to simply let her be. I made it clear to him I did not blame him for when she refused to do something, and pulled her out of lessons early a couple of times when she clearly shut down, but she is making progress every single lesson. She is on month two of her swim lessons, and already signed up for the next level and a 3rd month. Importantly, she WANTS to go. Very proud of my daughter for trying and being brave. Very pleased with the quality of instructors and small class sizes.
