New pool schedule, since spring, still closed on Friday but open on Saturday, , so on Monday and Wednesday you have the morning swimmers waiting for the pool to open and the PM swimmers waiting also so you have double amount of swimmers compeating for the lanes , so it is more stressful, what I was trying to relive by swimming and I always end up sharing a lane which can be a little of a pain when you want to do certain strokes that require long stretching.

Met a new senior sneakers teacher named Rob today who offered a wonderful class with joy and laughter. His extensive background and modifications got me more range of motion. Can't wait to try tai chi with him next week. Between Cindy also leading Silver Sneakers and Karen in the gym, you just can't want more.

Our family has been to so many YMCAs and this is absolutely the best one. I cannot be more grateful for the staff. They are always kind and nice to talk to. I use the child watch for the gym which is such an amazing program. The women & young girls who watch the kids are wonderful. One of my girls is a little difficult being left there and they always make her feel comfortable and stop crying really quickly. The ability to leave my kids in a great environment where they can run and play and I really trust the care they get is something I wish every parent had access to. The gym is also nice they have plenty of equipment. It’s never over crowded and most of the members have good gym etiquette. I’d give 10 stars for this Y if I could!

Gym equipment is pretty nice and modern, nothing feels dated. Fer child care included in membership is huge bonus for parents like myself. Heated pool is great too
