A day and overnight camp on 43 wooded acres in Orefield (Lehigh County), owned by the nonprofit Valley Youth House. Full-day camp runs 9am-4pm with mini, day, overnight, and hybrid sessions, offering STEM and art labs, archery, ropes courses, sports fields, a gaga pit, and nature trails.

★★★★★Tara UMy kiddos visited for overnight camp this summer for the first time (ages 8 and 12). They had a wonderful time! Activities were great. Check in was easy and smooth. They loved the pool and creek time. The cabins were like new and clean…and the A/C was great in the heat of the summer! My boys said the food was great as well. Very positive first overnight experience! My only recommendations would be to ensure counselors enforced the no cell phone rules overnight, and have some type of photo sharing gallery for parents to see what their kiddos did during the week.

This summer the Research Scholar program has 42 students from 27 different colleges and universities and after 3 hours with Director and Facilitator Mike Brady, the scholars were getting outside of their comfort zone, laughing and joking with one another, using their body and minds, enjoying the natural setting and really getting to know one another. What a great day! We will be back next summer.
