Andy was incredible — kind, patient, and very informative throughout the entire process. He made sure my son was perfectly set up for summer camp and took the time to answer all of our questions. His helpful attitude and attention to detail really made the experience smooth and stress-free. We truly appreciated his excellent customer service!
Alejandra needs a raise immediately! She’s super understanding and definitely runs a tight ship. Great location with great management. Dude in the front who works mornings is a super star.
I have been going here since the beginning of this year to play pickleball. They have time allotted to non competitive playing which is very nice as compared to another ymca nearby. The staff is helpful and made us all feel welcome every time we went in. I think they could use more treadmills but the gym is out of space it seems.
I went for the CPR/AED training. I learned so much from the UT instructors. All of the Y's staff was polite, resourceful and friendly. Also, everything from the parking lot to the exercise machines to the bathrooms were free clean.
