I am extremely upset with this company. I canceled my child’s membership over 2 months ago. All that I was told by the location my child went to, was to email their billing company, to cancel. No one told me that they require a 3 month cancellation notice. After many emails, I finally get a response today, with a form I now have to fill out and send back, formally canceling. Along with that, I was told that they would continue to bill me through November, for the “3 month notice” I was supposed to give. Extremely upset and extremely saddened by such a crummy way to handle clients.
