Nice facility, but the coaches don’t show up and they don’t communicate with the teams. Coaches only seem to care about the advanced and winning teams not the beginner or intermediate ones. And when you pay to get into watch your team, but the coach doesn’t even show up so you can’t play it’s very frustrating. The snag bar make sure you’re ready to stand in line and have to wait every time I’ve had to wait a minimum 15 minutes but usually longer for fries because the person in the back has their kids running around.

Charging families when a player is not selected from a waitlist is unacceptable. My son remained on the waiting list and was never chosen. We did not cancel. Yet our card was charged twice, plus processing fees. If there is no roster spot and no service delivered, there should be no charge. Processing fees should not become a penalty for families when selection does not occur. This policy needs to change.

Very disappointed with the way the waitlist billing was handled. My son was placed on a waiting list and was never selected. We did not withdraw him. Despite that, our credit card was charged twice, including 3% processing fees. There was no clear disclosure that charges would be processed before team selection or that fees would be retained if a player was not selected. No service was provided, yet money was taken. Payment should only be processed once roster placement is confirmed. This process lacks transparency and fairness.

⭐ 1-Star Google Review Extremely disappointed with how the waitlist and billing process was handled. My son was placed on the waiting list and was never selected. We did not withdraw him. Despite that, our credit card was charged — twice — including additional 3% processing fees. There was no clear disclosure that cards would be charged before roster selection or that processing fees would be kept even if a player was not selected. Charging families when no service was provided is unacceptable. Payment should only be processed once a player is officially selected and placed on a team. Parents should not bear financial penalties because of internal selection decisions. This experience reflects poor transparency and unfair billing practices. Families deserve better.
