★AJ VCharging families when a player is not selected from a waitlist is unacceptable. My son remained on the waiting list and was never chosen. We did not cancel. Yet our card was charged twice, plus processing fees. If there is no roster spot and no service delivered, there should be no charge. Processing fees should not become a penalty for families when selection does not occur. This policy needs to change.
