Lutheridge is a Lutheran Christian camp and conference center on 160 acres near Asheville in Arden. Each June and July it runs overnight resident camps for 1st through 12th graders, including confirmation camp, plus an outdoor-adventure track for grades 6-12 with whitewater rafting and a ropes course, and family camps. The wooded mountain setting supports hiking, canoeing, and rock climbing.

I happen to have the privilege of taking a quilt retreat with a group of wonderful ladies. Everyone was so accommodating and the room I stayed in was amazing. The pastor had gone out of her way to help get a package to me that was delivered while I was visiting the food is amazing and honestly, I have never been to a place that is as special as this if you ever get a chance to take any of their retreats or spiritual adventures, please make sure you grasp the opportunity because this place has really made a special place in my heart.
