Louisa Arts Center
Private
The Louisa Arts Center runs summer youth arts camps on Fredericksburg Avenue in Louisa, covering visual art plus musical theatre, acting, singing, movement, technical theatre and sketch comedy. Sessions are grouped by grade - for example Camp Creative for grades 6-12 runs a week, daily 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., a mid-day rather than full-day schedule - and campers work across a range of materials, techniques and styles. The center's LaVahn & Mary Frances Hoh Scholarship Fund helps cover the cost so any child can attend its youth programs.
The practical details
We list only what the camp itself publishes, and programs change — dates, prices, ages and availability can all move after we check. Confirm the details on the camp’s own website and contact Louisa Arts Center directly before you register or pay. Last checked August 2026.

Powered by GoogleA beautiful place that hosts great events and meetings for the area.
Have seen several concerts by tribute bands ( Eagles, Bon Jovi, Fleetwood Mac, Boston-Styx), all fantastic singers and musicians, great venue!
Went to see BOSTYX! A Boston tribute band. Excellent venue! Beer and wine for sale. Comfortable seats. Seats a little over 200. Great sound/lights. Will attend more often.
Fairly small venue (200 seats?) but very nice. Saw Zoso (led Zeppelin tribute band) there. Really good show. Looking forward to more events here
Incredible new performing arts center and should be on your "must do" list. We saw Eugene this evening and it couldn't have been better. This sets center is just the right size to have personal experience.
