Kidsgym is the best, I tell everyone I know about it! Our son is a wiggle worm (toddlers class) and he loves it. The coaches are wonderful and very patient and encouraging. A lot of the kids struggle with fear and/or apprehensiveness when it comes to going upside down, jumping off things, etc and the exercises are designed to build their confidence. Our dude is fearless but he isn’t great at balance, and he can get frustrated. The coaches take their time with him, and every class you can see he’s eager to practice whatever he had difficulty with last time. Watching his skills and self-confidence grow is the best feeling. The wiggle worms class is very hands on for the parents too, you will get a little workout yourself! There is a reason these classes always fill up. If you get on the email list you’ll get a reminder when registration opens for the upcoming season.

During our first session, she cried almost every day, but the coaches were so gentle, patient, and understanding with her. They never pushed her too hard and always made her feel safe and encouraged. I absolutely love KidsGym USA. My daughter has been attending the wiggle worm class since March and has been thriving in the program. My son has been attending Kid’s Gym for about a year now. It’s been a great space for him to burn off energy and learn various techniques of gymnastics. The staff are very friendly and Coach Tracey is the first person my son looks for when he walks in. His first round of classes was challenging for me as a mother because he had to adjust and was such a busy 3 year old but everyone kept assuring me that in time he would be fine and they were right!!! He looks forward to going each week. There’s a very nice track across the street where I am able to take a nice walk and relax while he’s in class. There’s also a basketball court and a playground that my son loves as well. I highly recommend it. The prices are very affordable compared to other places around Atlanta. I plan to keep my son enrolled as much as possible. The social skills class at the other location is also a great option. He went during the summer for an extra activity and he enjoyed that as well.
