I loved the experience of painting a beautiful flower vase I picked from their display pieces. It was so much fun! I called ahead and was told they accept walk-ins, which is great, but I recommend booking because seats and tables are limited. One thing to note is that the pieces didn’t have prices on them (or at least I didn’t see them), so I suggest asking before you start painting. My friend picked a flower vase that she later found out at checkout came with a beautiful macramé plant hanger. Her vase was a different shape than the one I picked, and she paid about $40. The vase I chose didn’t have any macramé hanger attached, but I assumed it would come with one as well. When I checked out, it was $70, with the hanger itself being $15. I thought it was a bit pricey, but I figured it was because my vase was a different shape and that it would come with a macramé hanger… I asked my husband to pick it up for me since he works nearby, and when he brought it home, the vase had a simple jute rope string that doesn’t even match the vase’s hole design (it has four holes). Afterward, I read another review where the business replied saying, “Our average per customer spend is $25–35 including studio fee,” which didn’t really match my experience. The experience of making art was awesome, but the feeling of being a bit ripped off left a bitter note. I would still come back because I love art and the creative experience, but next time I’ll definitely make sure to double-check exactly what I’m buying. Update: They reached out through text, explained how to fix the string to the pottery. Also, I must have not seen the price at the time so I apologize. Thank you for reaching out, changing my review to 5 stars bc local business with good customer service should always be appreciated.

I would not recommend this business based on my experience. I registered my children for a summer camp and paid in full. After multiple snow days, the school calendar was extended and they were still in school during that week, making attendance impossible. When I requested a refund, I was told that a large part of the tuition was non-refundable based on a policy that was never disclosed during checkout, on the payment page, or on the receipt. There was also no requirement to review or agree to any policies before completing the purchase. Even after providing screenshots showing this clearly, the response from the owner, Jaryn, was completely inflexible. There was no willingness to acknowledge the lack of disclosure or work toward a reasonable solution. It ultimately took escalation from MULTIPLE families to get the issue somewhat resolved. I say somewhat, as we were still not offered a full refund. I’m glad I know this now as flexibility and understanding are qualities you would hope to see in a business that works with children and families, and unfortunately that was not my experience here. Transparency at checkout and basic customer consideration shouldn’t require escalation.

I took a wheel throwing class and had such a great time! This was my first class and Cynthia, the owner, was incredibly knowledgeable and made the whole experience easy to follow and really enjoyable. She created such a welcoming and fun atmosphere while still teaching us a lot. I found working with the clay frustrating but fun and cathartic. I’m really looking forward to coming back for a date night class and to try the sip and paint!

This was my first time here as it was part of a group retreat. It is a great place for arts and crafts and there were a lot of options to choose from. The people that work there are very friendly and helpful. I can not wait to see the end result of our glass fusion projects.
