Stamford High School Class of 1975 had their 50TH Reunion at the Italian Center and it was absolutely Spectacular! This involved a lot of planning over many months. Chris Marrero, Director of Catering worked with us every step of the way and every change we had to make Chris made it possible. He made this event happen for us to have it at the Italian Center. Amalia Todd, The Catering Sales Manager was very helpful to make this reunion happen as well. We were originally in the Al Fresco Tented Pavillion and then we were offered to move the reunion to the Grand Ballroom. This was a wish come true! Amalia's input on our video needs, the time to set up and head count was greatly appreciated! Kelly and her staff made the event happen on time and flawless with our itinerary. They were Great and deserve a round of applause! The food was fantastic and every classmate really enjoyed it! Italian Center Thank You All For A Job Well Done! I was at the pool and the life guard on duty was Lianna. And let me tell you, Lianna isn’t just an amazing lifeguard, she’s also super easy to talk to. She makes great conversation, actually listens, and makes everyone feel welcome at the pool. You feel safe and seen when she’s on duty. A total gem!

The Italian Center is a fabulous place! There is so much to do for kids, grown ups, and together as a family! Swimming is offered year round as they have an indoor and outdoor pool. In fact a few outdoor pools! One for babies, the middle pool for young ones, and the "big" pool for older kids and adults. It's a safe place as lifeguards are on duty and actually pay attention! They are THE very best. I've even seen their quick, efficient, practiced and professional response when someone seemed to be having difficulty of one kind or another. Sanctioned life vests are a requirement for little ones and you're able to purchase them there! (along with other things like bathing caps etc) but you can of course supply your own. They sponsor many varied events for adults and little ones..out door movies in summer, fireworks, classes, casino nites..I could never list all the activities! Just know it's a fun and active place! One of the best things too is the food cafe. The "kids" running it are courteous and patient at all times, (even with 5 kids all wanting ice cream at the same moment) and the food is GREAT! Dogs, burgers, chicken nuggets, sandwiches, salads..a menu fitting a restaurant, To me there's no better place when I want to get some sun, some comaraderie, some good food and some real enjoyment in a very well supervised setting.

Greetings Italian Center Team, This is Shneidine Michel. I was the Event Planner last week for the French Speaking Baptist Church 50th Anniversary. I have been delighted to work with Event Manager Vlada & Chris. They both accommodated me with meetings, floor plan, 3D floor display, tablescapes for our guests. My team and I were able to come prep the day before. Joe, the supervisor was there to answer any questions our team had, and they extended us a grace period of time to wrap up the night before the event day. On the event day Chris was very accommodating to the band we to play for our program. He re-ran the floor plan with us just intime before the show. We had the best servers like Sebastian who answered all our questions along with Marie-Lynn & Kelly worked with me to make sure everything ran smoothly. I highly recommend the Italian Center as one of the best venues to work with. They are skilled, professional and courteous. We hosted the umbrella club annual raffle with approximately 350 people. The food was outstanding the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating to everyone of our needs. Anna does an amazing job with her attention to detail.
