The Impact Center is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit community organization in Arlington, Texas (3120 E Pioneer Pkwy) that provides education, youth advocacy, civic engagement and health and wellness services. Its summer youth offering is Camp Impact, a basketball skills day camp for ages 8-14 combining fun activities with skill development. Today my son was injured and I asked for ice and the young girl at the desk did nothing. Please work with your young staff on customer service but more importantly provide simple assistance when a player is injured at your facility. Hope to see improvements.
