Signed up several weeks before the deadline and uploaded the birth certificate the same night. They claimed they didn't get it. Checked on my end and showed they viewed it and approved it. Informed them of this and never heard back. I reuploaded a couple days later and told them just to be safe. They said they got it. Never heard back from a coach and emailed them. They didn't respond. Woke up a couple days later with a refund saying we couldn't put my daughter on a team. Now they have put us in a spot where my daughter won't play soccer this spring. I would probably look for a different organization that is managed and organized better.

I had to be apart of a fight with Luke and Wendy who are apart of the upper management of the organization. They are hateful and rude. They don’t allow any players to move on from the organization without making you have to join a zoom meeting for the north Texas soccer association to prove you were trying to go to another team. They want to disrupt and ruin players ability to be any better than staying with Hurst United. They allow their management to Bully people who do not stay and bring in their own personal hate for parents and managers to get what they want. I am disgusted by the behavior of this organization and will not recommend one person to join for any sport for such a hate filled space to be apart of. Stay clear.

They will happily take your money, but don’t expect anything in return. Don’t expect any form of communication or organization from the association. We were placed on a “team” AFTER the season had already started - but wait, there’s no coach so parents have to do that too. So you get to pay for a partial season with no coach and no communication. What an absolute joke.

My kids have been apart of HUSA for many years. If your looking for an organization that will work with you and provide a great environment for your kids to learn, look no further. I want to personally thank the organization for the opportunities it gave my kids to get better at what they love doing and that’s playing sports. I know everyone has their own experiences and I respect that. However, my experience with Mr. Brent has been nothing but amazing. We have been involved with many organizations since our kids were little. He has been an excellent ambassador to the sport and has been more than kind and fair with to our family. We even worked through some misunderstandings. I was actually surprised to see a negative comment. If you haven’t met him you should, he is usually the first one there welcoming everyone and the last one to leave. Thank you HUSA and Mr. Brent. Continue the great work!

Our 3 kids have all played soccer through HUSA over the past 11 years. We have nothing but great things to say about the association. Everyone is always quick to respond to our questions and needs. Our oldest also referees at HUSA and has had a great experience, despite a few unruly parents! Brent and his staff have always been there to support her and the other referees. Just this past Saturday I had to reach out to Brent about my 6 year olds game and he responded and answered our questions almost immediately!
