We have had a lovely experience here. My daughter really enjoys her class and looks forward to it every week. Thanks!

Extremely bad experience, the instructor was not willing to give our kid a chance to cope. After 2 classes had the front desk call us and asked us to switch class for our child. Lacking professionalism and compassion. Not every kid comes to excel from session #1. Give them time to acquaint and assimilate!! Don’t judge a 3 year old …. Pls think twice before you enroll your child here … it’s a “JUDGEMENT ZONE” also, labeled our child as a “ Liability “ because she didn’t complete a circuit and attention got diverted. She was only learning her environment at her 3rd session and got side lined!! That was apparently a HUGE FAULT OF A 3 year old .. Left an extremely BAD feeling for us! Thinking of the ———> Toddler group 3-5 yrs - BEWARE!! 🙏

I have been a member of GLC for years and never owed them a single penny. My daughter quit in September 2021 and they still charged me for "October" 2021 and it not like its a few dollars its "100's" of dollars. You would think that after giving them literally over 10k dollars that they wouldn't have to do this. I guess its somewhere in the "deep" fine print that they don't go over with you in detail, that if you child quits you still owe them quite a bit of money. I called to discuss thinking they would say ok we will give you a partial credit back but to no avail they stated "you signed the contact". so my suggestion and advice to anyone considering going here is to make sure your willing to pay big bucks if you child quits. Its too bad they do this because the coaches there are quite good. But if you have the money to burn then this won't be a worry.

Just had a horrible experience with GLC! I recently moved into the area and was looking for a competitive gym for my 7yr old (doing gymnastics since she was 3.) I was advised not to bring my daughter to this gym, and I wish I had listened! During my daughter's first class here, she was noticeably sad (moved out of state/away from home & her old gym recently) and the instructor teaching her scolded her and referred to her behavior afterwards as an "attitude issue." I explained why she was upset and decided to stick it out. Today, my 7yr old was sent to the back of line and told that her attempts were "unacceptable" while she was literally in tears. This barely college-aged instructor is the least professional that I've ever come in contact with. I hope she hasn't discouraged my daughter who (again) has been doing gymnastics on a competitive track for the past four years. Yanking her out of this establishment immediately and looking forward to the start of the competitive season with another business.

After posting a review with negative comments, they reached out to address my concerns. They listened to what I had to say, and it seems that they've tried to take it constructively. I appreciate listening and trying to make things better. Most people aren't comfortable voicing complaints, so when they are voiced, organizations should take them seriously. I'm glad that some places still do this. Upgrading my rating accordingly.
