Disappointing Experience After Years of Commitment Our daughter has been attending Gwinnett Gymnastics Center for almost five years, and unfortunately, we’ve seen very little improvement in her skills. For the last couple of years, the quality of coaching and follow-up has noticeably declined — the tutors don’t seem to give kids the proper attention or guidance they need to grow. When we decided to pull her out, the staff member named Mary handled it very poorly. She didn’t ask why we were leaving, how they could improve, or even try to retain us as a long-term family. Her attitude was dismissive and unprofessional, simply saying, “Okay, you’re done,” and that was it. After so many years of loyalty, we expected at least a little care or appreciation. Sadly, we left feeling disappointed and undervalued.

I am really disappointed that I signed up my daughter at this place. First of all, even though the class is scheduled to start at 7:15pm, they always start late, around 7:22 or later. And then because of some kids who don’t behave and waste time, the time will pass and the kids won’t be able to cover what they were supposed to be doing for the day. The coach don’t care and she just let them waste the time, at the cost of the rest of the kids. I wish I could give 0 or below. ,

My daughter had been practicing at GGC for about eight months now, and she loves it. The instructions are friendly, the kids all get along well.

so, i went here for 3-4 years, did competitive for 2, and it was terrible on my mental health loll. the first year competitive year was fine, but one of the co captains on my team was really mean to me, and i told the coaches so many times, and they didn’t actually care. they were also had CLEAR favorites, and didn’t really try to coach u unless u got good scores. my second year, there were a lot of new people with a larger group, so not much coaching happened. one of the coaches would threaten us that if we didn’t win competitions, then we would have to do a bunch of practices with conditioning, and it never happened (thank God) but she would also tell us that if we won a competition then she would give us an ice cream party, yet only the girls who got really good scores got to have it. there was a lot more yelling going on then teaching. there was also a lot of disrespect from the owners towards a specific coach while i was there, so he left. the owners were very disagreeable, and rude. they also have recently let their daughter take over, and she is really rude and racist towards some girls. please do not send your kids here me as a person who used to compete with this gym do not recommend it, there are so many other gyms you could spend your money on instead of this place. the gym was also really dirty and i got a fungus one time probably from the foam pit!

Always awesome! It’s a great activity for the kids. Fun, teaches them discipline too!
