Used our membership for less than 1 month before canceling. Staff were not friendly, I asked for a new member tour and the desk clerk pointed toward the pool door and towards the workout room, they did not answer questions or know answers to simple questions. Place was dirty and disgusting.

I've been a loyal customer for two years, but this recent experience has left me absolutely disgusted. The management and staff are shockingly inept. They promised me a $100 credit four months ago, and after countless calls and emails, it turns out it never existed. To add insult to injury, the new manager, Todd, is the epitome of unhelpful. When I tried to explain the situation and how my credit card statement didn't reflect any discount, he basically shrugged it off. It's clear that customer service is not a priority at this establishment. For anyone considering this place, be warned: expect untrained employees, broken promises, and a complete disregard for your time and money. Todd, you're single-handedly running this place into the ground.

Overpriced for services offered. The builsing itself is dark and filthy. Management doesn't reply to any inquires despite multiple calls. Reception is unaware of anything, cannot answer questions more complicated than where the bathroom is.

Nice place, big A-frame structure slated for expansion if they can raise matching funds. Good staff. Wife started classes with very qualified trainer. Old exercise rooms filled with modern equipment. We are new members.
