I came into town from San Francisco to help my parents. Being in town for a few days I needed a swim and a good relaxing shower and sauna / steam. I went in and your Fitness adviser Tanner Rehnberg helped me throughout the week with daily passes. He was personable not pushy on any membership or sales. He always said hello when I was there and is an asset to your team . I also noticed the whole staff from the Front Desk to the behind the scene team that clean the locker rooms both were friendly and professional. As a person who has managed CS teams in tech and Retail. You guys at Genesis hit 100% in my estimation of client engagement and service at this location.
