The facility was ok. For them the charge what they charge, the steam or hot tub was always under repair and this location’s hours could have been better as well! Equipment was good! However when it comes to cancellations, give them a 45 days notice (NOT 30) so they don’t charge an “extra monthly fee” since it takes 30 days to process. I provided a 30 days notice (since I moved out of state) and was charged. A simple “We’ll take care of that for you! Thank you for being a loyal customer for years!” Nope…

I have been going to this gym for about a month with my 2 year old and couldn’t be more grateful for the experiences we both have had!! From the kids club staff to the front desk they are both amazing! The kids club staff is both attentive and caring of your kiddos, my kid is always excited to go in knowing that he is going to have so much fun. I couldn’t recommend this location more for both the amenities and for the kid care!

I’ve been a loyal member of Genesis Health Clubs for 7 years, and this is easily one of the most frustrating, borderline scam-like experiences I’ve ever dealt with. I originally signed up in Lincoln and paid for a premier membership, thinking that meant flexibility and access across locations. The second I moved to Omaha, that apparently meant nothing. They refused to transfer my membership — same company, same state — and gave me zero real solution. Instead, they started charging me $5 every single time I walked into the gym. Let that sink in: I’m already paying for a premium membership, and they’re still charging me extra just to use the facility. That’s not just bad business — that’s deceptive. Then when I tried to cancel, it got even worse. They wouldn’t let me out. They forced me to pay for two additional months just to cancel a membership that they themselves made unusable. So I’m paying for something I can’t properly use, getting hit with extra fees, and then being held hostage when I try to leave. After 7 years of loyalty, this is how they treat their members? It’s honestly embarrassing for a company to operate like this. This isn’t just poor customer service — it feels like a deliberate system designed to trap people into paying more money. If you’re thinking about joining Genesis, especially if there’s any chance you might move, don’t. You’ll end up overpaying, dealing with hidden fees, and fighting just to cancel. Completely unacceptable.

​A true oasis! Genesis is an exceptional club that delivers on both quality and quantity. The list of amenities is extensive: a swimming pool, hot tub, a steam room, and complimentary towels. The sports facilities include a basketball court, tennis courts, and pickleball courts. For fitness, they offer yoga and spin classes. Plus, they have a juice/protein bar and childcare services, including a kids summer athletic camp. The equipment is top tier. They even have an adults only Learn to Play Tennis program for $99 you get 4 beginner friendly, adults only, 1 hour lessons, a free racquet that's yours to keep and expert coaching in a fun, no pressure setting. Must visit!

What an amazing staff and facility. Being on a health journey is not always easy, I was stuck. But ever since starting in April I’m feeling like I’m getting my stride back. The registration process was easy and comfortable with Aaron! I was immediately put with Sarah as my trainer and the support was felt instantly. I felt comfortable enough to explore classes I would never. My favorite are yoga and kick HIT with Quela! Every trainer always says hi and welcome back. It’s worth investing in yourself!
