I am writing to formally express my frustration and disappointment with how our concerns regarding our child’s swim lessons have been handled. We were previously assured that a refund would be issued for Lulu’s lessons, yet that commitment has not been honored. Instead of resolving the issue, the response shifted toward complaints about her participation, which is not an acceptable substitute for addressing the core problem. Our concern is straightforward: Lulu has only attended three sessions, and the services provided have not met the standards your organization promotes. Additionally, despite multiple requests, no reasonable or accessible makeup sessions; particularly on weekends have been offered. This lack of accommodation, combined with inconsistent communication, has left us feeling disregarded as customers. If your facility does not currently have adequate staffing to provide the quality instruction and scheduling flexibility that was promised, that should be clearly communicated and appropriately resolved not passed on as a burden to families.

Both of our kids have been going to Foss Chanhassen for more than a few years now and we love it. The teachers are amazing, especially Eli and Reagan. I really like their new system of being able to book a make up class just in case our kids missed one which used to happen quite a bit. First time customer, 5 year old swimmer. Excellent first quarter of instruction. The facility is excellent and very clean/well maintained with ample changing rooms, showers, bathrooms etc. The pool is clean and warm and very well laid out for the lessons provided. Teachers are well trained, very good with kids, and provide a fun and well paced instruction where you can literally see the progress each week. Communication is great, too and the entire staff is friendly and helpful. We've signed up for the next session already. Bonus: if you are currently in a paid lesson plan, there are usually multiple open swim sessions you can sign up for - for free!
