I took my grand daughter to swim yesterday. I forgot our towels on the table back home. We get there and I asked the lady at the front door after paying for our wrist bands did they offer towels. She stated that they did not and I was welcome to go back home and grab my towels, after it took me 30 minutes to find a park. After a hour in I started seeing people with these white towels, I thought they were going to lifetime fitness to get them so I asked a nice lady. She stated she retrieved them when she purchased her wristband which was in the front. I expressed my concern and told her I was advised that they did not give out towels yet I keep seeing people with all the white towels. She was very polite and provided me 2 of her towels and stated that she had extras. I was very grateful and thanked her. When I was leaving I asked the guy at the front desk where should I put them used towels, he stated at the pool I asked him if they provide towels for there guests for the pool. He started stammering over his words. I explained what had happened to me earlier and he still couldn’t give me a clear answer if they provided towels or not. I told him I feel they are providing services to a select group of people and this is not right. We all paid the same price for our wristbands. And I advised him I would express my concern over a review!!! This is NOT OKAY There was a young black guy going through the same thing at the concession stand, regarding the same issue fairness! Please do better for our community and children that’s taking all this in!!!!

Nice new rink added for a 3rd Sheet! Hard to figure out where the entrance is...still under construction so maybe signage coming? City is pumping a lot of money into this place.

My husband is in a water aerobics class and gets a good workout from it. The building is well taken care of and clean.

We enjoyed the HUGE indoor playground for our kids! $6.00 per child (non-resident) to play all day. That’s a great deal especially during the Minnesota winter.
