Money hungry people run this place. They really need to make some professional changes to the way that they handle information about the programs and also if they owe you a refund keep your fingers crossed on getting anything back. They never refund full amounts that they owe back to families.

Terrible time stamps, don’t believe them when they say it’s open I came here at 5 in the morning because it clearly says on the app that they open at 5 am in the morning. When I come here I’m waiting past 5:30 and no one showed up until 5:50. I came because I left my phone as soon as we see someone open the only thing they can tell us is that they open at 6. If you can not have your store times accurate with your openings times don’t catch an attitude when people come here before 6 when your store says 5:00

Would never recommend this YMCA. Dawn who is apparently in charge of the Whole YMCA district and is very money hungry for her company. During enrollment for the afterschool program no one informed me that there was a 2 week notice to end the program. Even when I went to go unenroll my child no one mentioned such a thing. I stated I was unenrolling my child to the front desk and they informed me that it would all be taken care of and another payment would not be necessary. Then they charged me 170$ and when I called they stated for some reason they can not refund due to this 2 week notice. When I spoke to Dawn she stated they would refund one week “out the kindness of their hearts” but will not do the other, even though my daughter is not attending the after school program anymore. And when I questioned why she stated she would just cancel my one week refund and keep the money for both weeks just because she can. I have been going to the YMCA my whole life and have never had an experience like such. They are unprofessional and money hungry. The other person I spoke to informed me that my payment was needed to provide food for my child and pay the staff to watch my child but if my child is not attending where is that money going? Why not just refund the whole $170 and make it right. They just stole a 85$ tip for being nothing but greedy.
