A year-round indoor swim school at 310 Sportsplex Dr in Dripping Springs, founded by Aaron Bond and serving Dripping Springs, Austin and the surrounding Hill Country. It offers parent/tot, group, private and adult swim lessons for children six months and older, taught on a skills-acquisition curriculum. The pool is 65 by 25 feet, kept at 90 degrees with UV purification, with a parent observation area running the length of the pool. Enrollment is a perpetual monthly system that reserves a recurring weekly slot, not a camp session.

Powered by GoogleWonderful staff and facility. Aaron runs a very professional operation and it’s such a warm and positive place for your kids to learn how to swim. Highly recommend Coach Gabby. I can’t say enough good things. We are so appreciative to Aaron and his staff. Cheers!
All three of my kids have gone through Flying Fish Academy over the years, and I can’t recommend it enough. The program is supportive, safe, and effective - helping each of them grow into strong and confident swimmers. The coaches make every class fun and engaging while keeping safety front and center. It’s been such a positive experience for our whole family!
I'm very protective of my children's time and limit structured activities, but Flying Fish has been 100% worth the time and investment! All the coaches are so great with kids and have taught my children so much over the last four years, meeting each child where they're at and helping them gain confidence. In the mommy-and-me Tadpole class, they sneakily teach your littles critical safety skills through fun songs and splashy games instead of the trauma of ISR. I saw them work firsthand when my then-18-month-old tripped on the stairs and fell into the water — then immediately rolled onto his back! Now in the "big kid" classes, my oldest two are learning to swim confidently. They love their coaches and always look forward to playing with friends in the playroom after class. If you're looking for swim lessons or just a physical activity for your kids, Flying Fish is the way to go!
Flying Fish has been one of the best choices I could have made for my little girls. Coach Aaron and Anya are simply the most patient and diligent instructors I've encountered and the other coaches are just as high quality. You and your kiddos start to feel like you part of a family at Flying Fish. The facility is incredibly clean and built with a great amount of thought; they have multiple changing rooms that are heated for your comfort, a playroom for the kiddos not in lessons, and a machine to ring out your swimsuit before leaving. It's all around a fantastic facility. Additionally, they utilize technology to track your child's skill sets, so while you're not in the pool with them, you're able to understand where they are in terms of competencies with swimming. I highly recommend Flying Fish Academy, not only for its high quality staff, but also for its superb facility.
My son was terrified of swimming and hated swim lesson previous to FF. He has loved every second with Ms. Rachel. We used to reward him after every lesson with ice cream, treats, etc. today before his lesson, he said I don’t need a treat after swim today, swimming is already a treat. He loves it and has since day one. We started twice a EJ, then cut to once a week bc and the progress is measurable and incredibly significant. I feel comfortable with him being around water now and see this as becoming a sport/pastime he enjoys
