★Megan StricklandPoor management and law education. I am a disabled service dog handler. I went during the summer with my manager whose a member. Only been once to any YMCA and it was shit. It was 100+ outside with 80% humidity. I didn't vest my service dog as it would be like wearing a coat built for a blizzard in the summer. He was well behaved and under control and multiple times alerted to his cues he's trained to alert to. Managers and employees continually harassed me and my manager the whole time. Demanding I take my service dog out in the car because they don't allow dogs. That if my service dog was a true service dog I would have paperwork and a vest. All of which I explained was against federal and state law. I continued as I'm legally allowed to be there. Then, my manager continued to go two more days in which they harassed her about MY service dog. I DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. ITS AWFUL. If I could I would leave negative star reviews. The service dog in question under a restaurant table being quiet and respectful. No one else in the building had a problem with him. Just the stupid employees and managers.

★★★★BrightonIt has always been a well taken care of facilitie with an excellent staff. I really enjoy there dry sauna and hottub options that help in recovery. There weight room is also well setup and they have an excellent cardio section as well. Only downside is there hot tub has been out of commission for an inconvenient amount of time sometimes.
