Steve came and helped me with a flat tire I had. A gentleman named Jesse stopped by and loaned me a jack and tire iron and Steve came by and said hey I have an air tank at the yard give me a minute and I'll go get it. Sure enough he came back with a tank and I had air in my tire. Thank you Steve.

I love how many activities they offer for kids. I have an almost 2 year old and it can be tough to find things for his age range but we did swim lessons with them which are great and he will start soccer soon! We are super excited to have fun outdoor things to do!

I just wanted to share my experience with renting a pavilion for a kid’s birthday party. I rented the pavilion and paid the fee and deposit way ahead of time. The whole process to book and pay was easy and quick. I was satisfied with that and even after the party was glad it was so easy. A week after the rental I received a call that I needed to call back to confirm the card number so my deposit could be refunded. To my understanding they can’t process it without me calling to confirm. Well they did it anyway or tried to. The card I used long ago when I booked the rental was no longer valid and I told staff that when I finally was able to give them a call back to “confirm the card number”. I asked if there were any other options and staff told me I could have it mailed to my address on file; I agreed. A week after that, still no check. I called multiple times to check the status and was told the same thing “it was already processed “. I told staff I received a refund RECEIPT saying a physical check would be mailed to my address on file so where was the check? Why have a not received it and why was their end still saying it was processed to a card that doesn’t work? I went back and forth with them for about 3 weeks all because staff “made a mistake” and wouldn’t own up to it or try harder to fix it. The fact the deposit was processed before my consent and confirmation is unacceptable and more than inconvenient. I needed that refund way sooner than I’m getting it and things have gotten extremely stressful for me because staff made a mistake and didn’t think it was a big deal. Now I have to go out of my way to go pick the check up and I still have to wait another week. Worst experience ever and I wish things went better than they did. Do better.

My family and I recently experienced the Family Camp Out thrown by Round Rock Parks and Rec. I couldn't be more impressed! They had everything organized, planed, and executed to almost perfection. There was crews cleaning at all hours and doing everything they could to manage this fantastic event as well as possible. Will be coming back! Thank you Round Rock Parks and Rec!

I have interacted by phone with her many times since the summer of 2018. Carolina is patient, knowledgeable, and organized. I hope Round Rock continues to retain and hire more individuals with Carolina's intelligence and expertise.
