This is our first year with Florida Elite Sharks and wow what a year of growth it has been for our daughter! My daughters are my whole heart! I am always wanting to make sure the influences in my daughters’ lives are positive, supportive, and empowering. The experience that our family has had with Florida Elite Sharks has been all of the above and more! Our oldest daughter is in her second season and we have seen her grow in ways we didn’t even know possible for an 8 year old little girl. She has become an encouraging team teammate, a determined athlete, and a confident young lady! When she gets a new skill, her win is celebrated, when she fails she is lifted up by her teammates and coaches, and encouraged to try again. Our youngest is a year and a half old and has quite literally grown up in this gym. She has been embraced by not only her older sister’s team, but by all of the athletes and coaches at the gym. We absolutely love this cheer program! Our daughter is only 3 years old, and the growth we’ve seen in her confidence, listening skills, and teamwork has been amazing! The coaches are so patient, encouraging, and truly intentional about pouring into our little girls. One day she came home using the word “accountability,” and that’s when we knew we were in the right place. For a toddler to not only hear that word but understand it enough to use it? That says everything about the values they’re teaching. It’s so much more than cheer — it’s also about community.
