★★★Amanda JonesWhat I like about the gym is it’s generally clean, easy to manage classes like makeup classes and change dates, and the class size for the little flippers is a good ratio per student and coaches. What we don’t like is the lack of interpersonal communication with the coaches there. My daughter has been going there for over 6 months and we still don’t know the names of any of her coaches. I wish they would tell us how their class went at the end of the day~ just quick updates of they did great on this and shes working on xyz. I would be inclined to change my review to 5 star if they work on their communication. As of now we will be changing gyms because I feel like this gym is geared towards older kids. I hope they work on this issue.

The coaches are great with the kids and create a fun, supportive environment. One of his favorite things is the Parents’ Night Out events. He talks about them all the time and can’t wait for the next one. Highly recommend to any parent looking for a positive and engaging place for their child!

★Lena EssVery disappointed with how my daughter’s make-up class was handled this morning. She’s only three years old, and we showed up on time for a class that they scheduled only to be told she couldn’t join because of a mistake they made with the schedule. Instead of working something out or showing any care, they handed my toddler her water cup and told her to go find her mom. No explanation, no empathy just dismissed like she didn’t matter. She was excited to be there, and they completely ruined that moment for her. Mistakes happen, but the way this was handled was incredibly rude and unprofessional. As a parent, watching your child be turned away and confused like that is heartbreaking. We expected better from a place that’s supposed to be built around children.
